Overview

Developed in collaboration with Welsh Government and local authorities across Wales, the Digital Service Standard for Wales helps public organisations to deliver efficient, cost-effective and user-centred services. 

With 12 points divided in 3 categories, the Digital Standard must be thought of and met as a whole.
