Issue: When users commit error in the form field on a subset of our forms, the error handling is not sufficient to enable the user to identify the error or what is required from them to rectify the errors.

Success criteria failed: 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum) (Level AA)

Issue: The error message text fails to meet WCAG 2.2 guidelines for contrast minimum. This issue may affect low-vision users who may be unable to distinguish the light grey text against the white background colour.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 1 May 2023. It was last reviewed on 1 February 2024.

This website was last tested on 30 January 2024 against the WCAG [2.2] AA standard.

The accessibility testing was carried out by the Digital Accessibility Centre. The website was tested using automated testing tools including AXE, ARC Toolkit and WAVE, along with manual testing using assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver screen reading software, Dragon voice activation software and colour contrast analysis tools.
