  • the difference between Agile and Waterfall methods
  • how to assess which approach is right for your service
  • the benefits of a user-centred approach to public services

  • lead your schedule and progress without a trainer

At the end of the course, we’ll ask you to complete a feedback questionnaire to help us improve our training.
