This course is free for devolved Welsh public sector organisations and is fully funded by Welsh Government.

What we'll cover

Our course will:

  • give an overview of digital and Agile ways of working
  • cover the history of Agile, how and why it emerged
  • look at the difference between Agile and Waterfall ways of working

Course outcomes

At the end of our course, you will be able to:

  • understand what is meant by 'digital'
  • compare Agile and Waterfall ways of working
  • assess when to apply Agile and Waterfall methods
  • understand the importance of user-centred design within services

How you'll learn

  • Currently delivered in English.
  • Currently delivered live on Microsoft Teams.
  • 1 half-day session (3 hours and 30 minutes).
  • 12 people in each session.
  • Group tasks to help you in your learning.

Our courses are changing – in response to demand, we are introducing asynchronous training through Google Classroom to complement our existing offerings. You will have the flexibility to manage your own learning with the support and resources provided by our trainers.
