Our vision

The Centre for Digital Public Services (CDPS) was established in 2020 as an arms-length body of Welsh Government to help deliver the Digital Strategy for Wales, with a focus on Mission 1: digital services.

We support people, teams and organisations to create sustainable digital transformation, and make public services:

  • designed around the people who use them
  • simple, secure, and convenient
  • accessible, inclusive, and cost-effective

By applying user-centred design and agile ways of working, we help teams build public services that work for everyone in Wales.
